ComplianceSME

ComplianceSME holds the world's only compliance dictionary: 87 instruments, 9,904 obligations catalogued

Compliance has been confusing and overwhelming.
Now it is one assessment and one membership.

The assessment finds every EU and UK regulation that applies to your business, and nothing that does not.
The systems produce your compliance documentation and keep it current all year round.
Every system carries its own training module, so the person running it learns the regulation first and does not have to arrive already trained.
One compliance officer can run your company's entire compliance position with them.

A warning about agentic AI

Anyone can ask a general AI assistant whether their business is compliant. It will answer, it will sound certain, and it will be worth nothing to an auditor. These systems are built to be agreeable: they deal in opinion, they hedge, and they present guesses with the confidence of facts. An answer with no register behind it, no citation and no record of what was asked is not evidence. It is a sentence.

The danger grows with agentic AI. Left to roam, a model fills gaps in the law with invention, softens hard duties into suggestions, and gives two businesses in the same position two different answers. Compliance does not forgive that. A duty is met or it is not, and the article says which.

ComplianceSME has engineered its systems to deal with this problem, and AI literacy is trained at the start of every session of every compliance system, so the person at the keyboard knows what the model can and cannot be trusted to do before the work begins. What comes out is your position against the statute with the article cited, in a form you can put in front of a regulator.

The product

Step 1 · Your obligation list

The assessment interviews you about jurisdiction, size, sector and activity, then checks your answers against the register of 87 instruments. Size thresholds and exclusions are applied, so a three-obligation business sees three obligations, not thirty.

Step 2 · A system per obligation

Each compliance system is a set of structured files, built to take a member of staff who has never seen the instrument to a completed, cited compliance report. The training module comes first and carries the regulation itself, so nobody has to arrive already trained. The remaining files interview you, collect your evidence, and produce your compliance documentation with the article citations. You run them with your own AI subscription, one-time purchase per system, without hiring anyone.

Step 3 · The compliance loop

Membership keeps every system you own current. When a regulation changes, an update file lands in your account. You stay in the loop without hiring compliance staff.
