Eleven working files organise the duties of Cyprus safety and health at work law into open questions, with the statutory text carried beside each duty.

This instrument concerns employers and self-employed persons across Cyprus, together with the designers, manufacturers, importers and suppliers of articles and substances used at work. It reaches undertakings in construction, manufacturing, agriculture, retail and online selling, waste production and disposal, and every other activity in which people work for an employer. The duties cover workplace safety and health, administrative compliance, the safety of designs and constructions, testing of substances, and the provision of evidence to inspectors.

The working files walk through the obligations in phases of open questions that the business answers from its own records. One file addresses the general duties on safety and health at work, another the administrative arrangements that support them, and further files the safety of design and construction and the testing and examination of substances. Later files cover the provision of certificates and evidence to the inspector, workplace hygiene, and the general safety and health duties that follow.
