Every European Union country has its own company law.
ComplianceSME is building a free library for each, country by country.
Each country library follows the same shape as the Companies Act 2006 library. It is arranged by the situation you are in, not by the order of the statute. Twenty-three countries are live now, each written in its own language: Slovakia, Spain, Hungary, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Malta, Bulgaria, Belgium, Cyprus, Sweden, Ireland, France, Italy and Austria. The rest follow country by country. Every library is free, and the download sits behind a free ComplianceSME account, so the files land in your library and update files reach you when the law changes.

When a country shows green, its library is finished, live, and free to download. Countries turn green one by one as each library is completed and uploaded.
