ComplianceSME sells the following. Each is a separate product with its own price, listed on the plans page.

Account levels. Each account level is a monthly subscription that carries the toolkits listed against it. There are five levels: Start, Micro, Small, Medium and Compliance Complete.

Toolkits. A toolkit is a set of digital files that you run in a dedicated Claude account. It interviews you about your business, collects your evidence, and produces compliance documentation for a specific regulation or standard. Toolkits come with the account levels and are not sold on their own.

The Cross Border B2B deal check. Bought on its own, one check at a time. Every paid account level includes a number of checks each month, listed on the plans page.

The content filter agent and the developer build filter agent. Each is a monthly subscription in its own right, and each is included in every paid account level.

The Global Fuel Report. A weekly report sold as a monthly subscription in its own right, and included in every paid account level.

These are digital goods. Nothing physical is shipped. The systems are documentation tools. They are not legal advice, and they do not replace professional counsel where your circumstances require it.

Your account level opens immediately after payment is confirmed, and every toolkit it carries is available in your account for as long as the subscription runs. Supply begins when the account level opens. A Cross Border B2B deal check begins when the agent asks you for the information it needs. The filter agent subscriptions and the Global Fuel Report open in your account when payment is confirmed.

An account level grants a single entity licence. The toolkits it carries may be used for the compliance of one legal entity, the entity named in your account. Documentation for a second legal entity requires its own account.

The files, their structure, and their content are and remain the copyright of ComplianceSME. Copyright is asserted in all countries. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the files, in whole or in part. You may not modify the files or create derivative works from them. You may not use the files, in whole or in part, to build, train, or improve any product, dataset, or AI system. You may share them internally with the people who work on your compliance. This clause survives the end of any subscription and applies for as long as you hold the files.

Every account level is a monthly subscription, and the Compliance Complete account is the level that carries all 116 toolkits. Each month, every regulation behind a toolkit your level carries is checked against its source text, amending instruments, implementing and delegated acts, and official guidance. Where a change is found, an update file is produced and placed in your account, and you are notified by email. Where nothing has changed, you receive nothing, because there is nothing to send.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future updates. The section reports already accepted on your account stay on it.

These are digital goods under UK consumer law. When your account level opens you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that the statutory fourteen day cancellation period ends at that point. The same applies to a Cross Border B2B deal check when the agent begins, and to the filter agent subscriptions and the Global Fuel Report when they open in your account.

If a system is faulty, incomplete, or not as described, contact support. You are entitled to a repair, a replacement, or a refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All prices are in pounds sterling. Prices are stated exclusive of VAT. Where VAT applies to your purchase, it is shown at checkout before you pay.

Every output the systems produce is built from the information you provide. If you enter incorrect data, the documentation will be incorrect. If you omit information, the documentation will be incomplete. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you enter, and for verifying outputs against the source instrument before relying on them.

ComplianceSME accepts no liability for compliance failures, regulatory penalties, or other consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or false input data.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, ComplianceSME's total liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the price you paid for it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. ComplianceSME never sees or stores your card details. Your payment record is the record of what you own and is used to deliver your update files.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If the way the service operates changes, these terms change the same day. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when it was last revised.
