A set of five working files that organise the duties of Czech regulation 432/2003 Sb. into open questions a business answers from its own records.

Included from the Micro level.

Every toolkit in the level is included; nothing is bought one by one.

The businesses it reaches

This instrument reaches employers whose operations expose workers to chemical agents, dusts or biological agents, and it also reaches businesses that handle asbestos or work with biological agents in other settings. It sets the conditions for placing work into categories, the limit values for biological exposure tests, the conditions for collecting biological material for those tests, and the particulars of reports on work with asbestos and biological agents. The five working files walk a business through the duties that follow from these subjects.

The first working file covers the notification duty that opens the instrument's obligations. The second working file covers personal protective equipment. The third working file covers air monitoring. The fourth working file covers the records a business keeps. The fifth working file covers the documentation a business maintains.

Each working file is served through a connector inside Claude, so a business answers open questions from its own records and receives dated compliance reports to keep in its own file. The toolkit never gives advice and never presents a perspective; it carries what the authority wrote, organised.

Questions and answers

Which businesses fall under regulation 432/2003 Sb.?

The regulation reaches employers whose work exposes people to chemical agents, dusts or biological agents, and businesses that handle asbestos or work with biological agents. It governs the placing of work into categories, biological exposure testing, the collection of biological material for those tests, and reports on work with asbestos and biological agents. A business checks its own operations against these subjects to see which duties apply.

What does the first working file cover?

It covers the notification duty set out in Section 5(1) of the regulation, including the particulars that provision requires. A business answers open questions about its own notifications from its own records. The statutory text is carried verbatim beside each duty.

What does the second working file cover?

It covers personal protective equipment under Section 5(1)(f) to (k). A business answers open questions about the equipment it provides and the conditions attached to its use, drawing on its own records. The file organises those duties as phases of open questions.

What does the third working file cover?

It covers air monitoring under Section 5(1)(l) to Section 6(1)(b). A business answers open questions about the monitoring it arranges and the results it holds. The file sets out the duties by subject so that each one can be checked against the business's own records.

What does the fourth working file cover?

It covers the records a business keeps under Section 6(1)(c) to (h). A business answers open questions about the records it maintains and how they are held. The file groups the duties by subject rather than following the instrument's own order.

What does the fifth working file cover?

It covers the documentation a business maintains under Section 6(1)(i) to Section 6(2)(j). A business answers open questions about the documents it holds and the particulars they carry. The file presents the duties as phases of open questions answered from the business's own records.

How are the working files delivered?

The sections are served through a connector inside Claude. A business works through the open questions in that environment and receives dated compliance reports to keep in its own file.

What does a business receive at the end of the open questions?

The documents that come back are dated compliance reports. The business keeps them in its own file. Each report records the answers the business gave from its own records.

Does the toolkit tell a business what to do about a duty?

The toolkit never gives advice and never presents a perspective; it carries what the authority wrote, organised. A business reads the statutory text beside each duty and answers the open questions from its own records. The toolkit arranges the material so that the business can see what the regulation requires.

How does the toolkit treat the wording of the regulation?

The toolkit carries the law's words exactly as the authority wrote them. Each duty is accompanied by the relevant statutory text, so a business reads the provision itself rather than a summary. The open questions sit alongside that text and draw on the business's own records.
