This toolkit organises the obligations of the Czech National Council Act on Fire Protection, Collection of Laws No. 133/1985, into sixteen working files for businesses.

Included from the Micro level.

Every toolkit in the level is included; nothing is bought one by one.

The businesses it reaches

The instrument reaches employers, operators of buildings and technology, businesses that store or handle flammable substances, producers of waste, and providers of services whose premises or activities carry fire risk. It also addresses individuals in their ordinary conduct and the units that respond to incidents. The working files walk a business through the duties that attach to these roles, with the statutory text carried verbatim beside each duty.

The files begin with prevention and assistance during extraordinary events, then move through fire protection duties, water sources for firefighting, and professional training. Further files cover the basic duties of natural persons, the cleaning and inspection of flue passages, fire protection units, the establishment of fire watches, obedience during an intervention, the duty to report, and cooperation in the field of fire protection. The final files address the remaining provisions of the instrument.

Each file presents open questions that a business answers from its own records. The sections are served through a connector inside Claude, and the documents that come back are dated compliance reports the business keeps in its own file. The toolkit never gives advice and never presents a perspective; it carries what the authority wrote, organised.

Questions and answers

Which businesses fall under this Act on Fire Protection?

The Act reaches employers, operators of buildings and technology, businesses handling flammable substances, waste producers, and service providers whose premises or activities carry fire risk. It also sets duties for individuals and for fire protection units. A business can use the working files to see which duties attach to its own operations.

How is the toolkit delivered?

The sections are served through a connector inside Claude. The business works through the open questions there, answering from its own records. Nothing is downloaded and nothing is installed.

What do the working files contain?

Each working file covers a subject area of the instrument, such as prevention and assistance during extraordinary events, water sources for firefighting, or the cleaning and inspection of flue passages. The file sets out open questions for the business and places the statutory text beside each duty. The business answers from its own records.

What kind of document comes back at the end?

The documents that come back are dated compliance reports. The business keeps them in its own file. They record the answers the business gave to the open questions.

Does the toolkit tell a business what to do?

The toolkit never gives advice and never presents a perspective; it carries what the authority wrote, organised. It presents the duties as open questions and carries the statutory text beside them. The business decides how to answer from its own records.

Which subjects do the sixteen working files cover?

The files cover prevention and assistance during extraordinary events, fire protection duties, water sources, professional training, the basic duties of natural persons, flue passage cleaning and inspection, fire protection units, fire watches, obedience during an intervention, the duty to report, and cooperation in fire protection. The remaining files address the closing provisions of the instrument. Each file is named by its subject rather than by a range of provisions.

Does the toolkit reproduce the words of the Act?

The statutory text is carried verbatim beside each duty. A business can read the authority's own wording next to the question it is answering. The toolkit adds no interpretation of its own.

Can a business answer the open questions from its existing paperwork?

The open questions are designed to be answered from the business's own records. A business draws on the documents it already keeps, such as training records or inspection reports. The dated compliance report then records those answers.

Is the toolkit suitable for a small business with no fire protection specialist?

The working files set out the duties by subject and carry the statutory text beside each one. A small business can work through the open questions at its own pace and answer from its own records. The toolkit never gives advice, so a business that needs a view on its position turns to its own advisers.

How does a business start using the toolkit?

The business opens the connector inside Claude and begins with the first working file. Each file presents its open questions in turn. The answers build into a dated compliance report that the business keeps in its own file.
