This toolkit organises the obligations of the Croatian regulation on protection of workers exposed to static, dynamic, psychophysiological and other workloads into eight working files of open questions, with the statutory text carried verbatim beside each duty.
Included from the Micro level.
Every toolkit in the level is included; nothing is bought one by one.
The businesses it reaches
The instrument concerns employers whose workers are exposed to static, dynamic, psychophysiological and other workloads: production and warehouse operations, online sellers managing order fulfilment, waste producers and collectors, construction and maintenance contractors, transport and logistics firms, and office-based service providers. It governs how such businesses assess risk, organise work, inform and train workers, provide health protection, arrange rest and exercise, and finance these measures. The toolkit is a set of working files that organise this one instrument's obligations into phases of open questions a business answers from its own records.
The working files walk through risk assessment and the annex to Article 7, paragraph 3; occupational safety duties under Article 7, paragraph 4 and Article 8, paragraph 4; work organisation under Article 9, paragraphs 1 to 7 and Article 10, paragraph 1 to Article 11, paragraph 3; information and training under Article 12, paragraph 1 to Article 13, paragraph 4; health protection under Article 13, paragraph 5 to Article 17, paragraph 1; rest and exercise under Article 17, paragraph 2 to Article 19, paragraph 1; and financing under Article 19, paragraph 3 to Article 21, paragraph 2.
Sections are served through a connector inside Claude, so nothing is downloaded and nothing is installed. The documents that come back are dated compliance reports the business keeps in its own file. The toolkit never gives advice and never presents a perspective; it carries what the authority wrote, organised.
