This toolkit organises the obligations of the Polish Competition and Consumer Protection Act into twelve working files, each pairing open questions with the statutory text.

Included from the Micro level.

Every toolkit in the level is included; nothing is bought one by one.

The businesses it reaches

The Act reaches businesses active in Poland across many sectors: employers, online sellers, waste producers, undertakings sharing information with competitors, and entities subject to inspection by the competition authority. It also governs how proceedings are conducted, how information and professional secrecy are protected, and what formal steps a business must take. The toolkit is a set of working files that organise these obligations into phases of open questions a business answers from its own records.

The working files walk through the burden of proof, the rules on regulations and document content, information duties, the protection of information and secrecy, prohibitions, the duties of an inspecting party and of the authority conducting an inspection, formal obligations, prohibited actions, and the application procedure. Sections are served through a connector inside Claude, so nothing is downloaded and nothing is installed. The documents that come back are dated compliance reports the business keeps in its own file.

The toolkit never gives advice and never presents a perspective; it carries what the authority wrote, organised. Each working file sets out open questions beside the relevant statutory text, so a business can answer from its own records and retain the resulting dated compliance reports.

Questions and answers

Which businesses does this Act apply to?

It applies to undertakings active in Poland, including employers, online sellers, waste producers, and businesses that exchange information with competitors. It also reaches entities subject to inspection by the competition authority and parties to proceedings before it. The toolkit's working files organise the resulting obligations by subject.

What does the toolkit contain?

It is a set of twelve working files, each covering a distinct group of duties under the Act. Every file presents open questions a business answers from its own records, with the statutory text carried verbatim beside each duty. The files are grouped by subject, not by the instrument's own order.

How are the sections delivered?

Sections are served through a connector inside Claude. Nothing is downloaded and nothing is installed. A business opens the connector and works through the open questions from its own records.

What documents does a business receive?

The documents that come back are dated compliance reports. The business keeps them in its own file. They record the answers given from the business's own records.

Does the toolkit tell a business what to do?

No. The toolkit never gives advice and never presents a perspective. It carries what the authority wrote, organised into open questions. A business answers those questions from its own records.

Which duties does the first working file cover?

It covers the burden of proof under Article 8(2) and related provisions up to Article 24(1). The file sets out open questions on what a business must demonstrate and from which records. The statutory text sits beside each question.

What do the files on regulations and document content address?

They address the rules on regulations, the required content of documents, and the information duty under Article 50(1) and related provisions. A business answers open questions about its own templates and notices. The relevant statutory text is reproduced beside each duty.

How does the toolkit treat information and professional secrecy?

One working file covers the protection of information and secrecy under Article 70(3) and related provisions. It asks what a business holds, who may access it, and how it is safeguarded. Answers come from the business's own records.

What do the files on inspection cover?

They cover the duties of the inspecting party and of the authority conducting an inspection, including the provisions on prohibited actions. Open questions address what an inspector may require and what a business must provide. The statutory text is set out beside each duty.

How does the application procedure file work?

It covers the application procedure under Article 113e(2) and related provisions. The file sets out open questions on the formal steps a business must complete and the records it must attach. A business answers from its own records, and the resulting dated compliance report is kept in its file.
