The compliance loop
A compliance document with no maintenance cycle is evidence of neglect.
Regulations change. Implementing acts land. Guidance is revised. Commencement orders bring provisions into force. The documentation you produced last year is only a defence if it moved when the law moved.
The service
- Every system you own is checked against its source regulation, amending instruments, implementing and delegated acts, and official guidance.
- When a change lands, an update file is produced and placed in your account. You are notified by email.
- No change, no noise. You are not emailed for the sake of it.
- The Policy Shift briefing, members only. A monthly letter on the regulatory changes in motion across all 87 instruments: what is coming, when it lands, and what it will ask of your business, before it becomes an obligation.
- Your account shows the check history for every system you own, dated. That history is itself evidence of a maintained compliance position.
The price
£500 per month
Covers every system you own, however many. Cancel any time.
The tools run inside your own Claude account and require the Claude Max plan (approximately £90 per month, paid directly to Anthropic) to operate.
A single compliance officer costs over £4,000 a month. A business tracking six regulations without one is doing it in stolen evenings, or not at all. Membership keeps every system you own current for less than one eighth of one salary.
Procedure
- 1. A monthly check runs for every instrument with live members.
- 2. Changes are recorded against the instrument, with the source cited.
- 3. Update files are produced and issued to the account of every member who owns that system.
