A set of 20 working files that turns the Belgian extended producer responsibility cooperation agreement of 9 February 2026 into open questions a business answers from its own records.
Included from the Small level.
Every toolkit in the level is included; nothing is bought one by one.
The businesses it reaches
The agreement reaches businesses that place products on the Belgian market and that generate the waste streams it covers: producers and importers, online sellers, employers handling industrial waste, and operators active in collection, treatment and waste management. It sets out extended producer responsibility duties across the three regions, together with rules on litter and on the information those businesses must hold and pass on. The working files organise those duties into phases of open questions a business answers from its own records.
The files walk through registration and notification, reporting, quality control, financial contributions and the mandate given to producer responsibility organisations. They also cover data protection, administrative procedure, annual reporting and environmental waste management. The statutory text is carried verbatim beside each duty, so the business reads the authority's own wording next to the question it is answering.
The material is served through a connector inside Claude, and nothing is downloaded or installed. The documents that come back are dated compliance reports the business keeps in its own file. The toolkit never gives advice and never presents a perspective; it carries what the authority wrote, organised.

Questions and answers
Which businesses fall under this cooperation agreement?
It reaches producers and importers placing products on the Belgian market, online sellers, employers that produce industrial waste, and operators in collection, treatment and waste management. The duties apply across the Flemish, Walloon and Brussels Capital Regions. A business checks its own activities against the waste streams the agreement covers.
What does the toolkit contain?
It is a set of 20 working files that organise the agreement's obligations into phases of open questions. Each question is answered from the business's own records, with the statutory text set beside the duty. The files cover registration, reporting, quality control, financial contributions, mandates, data protection and waste management.
How is the material delivered?
The material is served through a connector inside Claude. Nothing is downloaded and nothing is installed on the business's systems. The business works through the questions in the tool itself.
What documents does a business receive at the end?
The documents that come back are dated compliance reports. The business keeps them in its own file. They record the answers given from its own records against each duty.
Does the toolkit tell a business what to do?
No. The toolkit never gives advice and never presents a perspective. It carries what the authority wrote, organised into questions. The business decides how to act on its own answers.
Which obligations are covered for registration and notification?
The files cover the registration duty and the notification and updating of information. They also cover the administrative procedure that applies when information is exchanged with the authority. Each duty is set out as an open question with the statutory text beside it.
How is reporting handled across the files?
Reporting appears in several files, each addressing a distinct part of the agreement's reporting duties. The files also cover the annual report and the financial contribution owed by producers. A business answers each reporting question from its own records.
What is covered on data protection and mandates?
One file addresses the protection of personal data under the agreement. Another covers the mandate given to a producer responsibility organisation. Both are presented as open questions with the statutory text beside each duty.
Does the toolkit cover industrial and environmental waste management?
Yes. The files address industrial waste, waste management, and environmental waste management. They also cover quality control and compliance duties. Each subject is presented as questions the business answers from its own records.
In what language are the questions and reports?
The native fields use French, the language of the agreement's title. The English fields use plain English. The brand terms toolkit, connector and Claude stay in English in both.
