A set of nine working files that organise the obligations of the Belgian packaging waste cooperation agreement into open questions, with the statutory text beside each duty.
Included from the Small level.
Every toolkit in the level is included; nothing is bought one by one.
The businesses it reaches
This instrument reaches businesses that place packaging on the Belgian market, including employers, online sellers, producers of packaged goods and businesses that generate packaging waste. It sets out how they designate a representative, inform the authorities, follow the prescribed procedure and conclude contracts. The nine working files walk through those duties as open questions a business answers from its own records.
The files also cover environmental waste management, territorial coverage and incentives for selective collection. Further files address the evaluation of the prevention plan and communication duties. Each section carries the statutory text beside the duty it describes, so a business can read the authority's words while it answers.
The toolkit is served through a connector inside Claude, and the documents that come back are dated compliance reports the business keeps in its own file. The toolkit never gives advice and never presents a perspective; it carries what the authority wrote, organised.

Questions and answers
Which businesses fall under this cooperation agreement?
The agreement concerns businesses that put packaging on the Belgian market and businesses that produce packaging waste. That includes employers, online sellers and producers of packaged goods. A business can use the working files to see which duties apply to its own activities.
How does the toolkit organise the obligations of this instrument?
The nine working files group the duties into phases of open questions. A business answers each question from its own records. The statutory text is carried verbatim beside each duty, so the authority's wording stays visible while the business works.
What does the file on designating a representative cover?
It covers the designation of a representative under Article 2, 20°, alinéa 3 to Article 6, alinéa 1. The questions guide a business through the information its own records must supply for that designation. The statutory text sits beside each question.
What does the information obligation file ask a business to provide?
It covers the information obligation under Article 7, § 1, alinéa 2 to Article 11, § 2, alinéa 3. The questions concern the data a business must report and the records that support it. A business answers from its own administration.
Which file covers the prescribed procedure?
The procedure file covers Article 11, § 3, alinéa 3, deuxième phrase to Article 12, 5°. It walks through the steps the instrument sets for a business. The questions are answered from the business's own records.
Where are the contract duties addressed?
The contracts file covers Article 12, 6° to Article 13, § 1, 8°. It sets out the questions a business answers about the agreements it must conclude. The statutory text is placed beside each duty.
What does the environmental waste management file cover?
It covers Article 13, § 1, 9° to Article 13, § 3. The questions concern the environmental management of packaging waste. A business answers from its own records, with the statutory text beside each duty.
How are territorial coverage and selective collection handled?
One file covers territorial coverage under Article 14, 1° to Article 14, 6°. Another covers incentives for selective collection under Article 14, 7° to Article 17, § 2. Each file turns those duties into open questions for the business.
What do the files on the prevention plan and communication contain?
One file covers the evaluation of the prevention plan under Article 18, § 4 to Article 22, alinéa 1. Another covers communication under Article 22, alinéa 3 to Article 34, § 6, alinéa 1. Both present the duties as questions answered from the business's own records.
How does a business receive the results?
The toolkit is served through a connector inside Claude. The documents that come back are dated compliance reports the business keeps in its own file. Each report records the answers the business gave from its own records.
