A two file toolkit that organises the duties of the Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Act into open questions a business answers from its own records.

Included from the Micro level.

Every toolkit in the level is included; nothing is bought one by one.

The businesses it reaches

The instrument governs online sellers and other providers of information society services who offer goods or services electronically to recipients in Bulgaria, together with the information they must publish about themselves and their commercial communications. It also reaches businesses that send unsolicited commercial messages and traders who take part in price comparison and online marketplace arrangements. The toolkit is a set of working files that organise this instrument's obligations into phases of open questions a business answers from its own records, with the statutory text carried verbatim beside each duty.

The first working file walks through the information a provider must give to recipients and to the competent authorities, the details that must appear before an order is placed, and the rules on unsolicited commercial communication. The second working file walks through the conduct expected of providers who belong to a regulated profession, the conditions for concluding contracts by electronic means, and the duties that follow for intermediaries and online platforms.

Sections are served through a connector inside Claude, so the material opens in the conversation and nothing is installed on the business's systems. The documents that come back are dated compliance reports the business keeps in its own file. The toolkit never gives advice and never presents a perspective; it carries what the authority wrote, organised.

Questions and answers

Which businesses fall within the scope of the Electronic Commerce Act?

The instrument reaches online sellers, providers of information society services, senders of unsolicited commercial messages and traders active on comparison sites and online platforms. A business that offers goods or services electronically to recipients in Bulgaria answers the open questions in both working files from its own records.

What does the first working file cover?

It walks through the information a provider must give to recipients and to the competent authorities, the details shown before an order is placed, and the rules on unsolicited commercial communication. Each duty sits beside the statutory text in the words the authority used.

What does the second working file cover?

It walks through the conduct expected of providers who belong to a regulated profession, the conditions for concluding contracts by electronic means, and the duties that follow for intermediaries and online platforms. The open questions follow those subjects in phases.

How is the toolkit delivered?

Sections are served through a connector inside Claude. The material opens in the conversation, and the business works through it there.

What does a business receive at the end?

The documents that come back are dated compliance reports the business keeps in its own file. Each report records the answers the business gave from its own records.

How are the open questions organised?

They are grouped into phases, and each phase gathers the questions that belong to one stage of the work. A business answers them in order from its own records, and the statutory text stays beside each duty.

Where does the wording of the duties come from?

Every duty is shown with the statutory text exactly as the authority wrote it. The toolkit never gives advice and never presents a perspective; it carries what the authority wrote, organised.

Does the toolkit tell a business what its answers should be?

The answers come from the business's own records, and the toolkit sets out the questions that draw them out. The business decides what its records show and keeps the resulting report in its own file.

Which parts of the law does the toolkit organise?

It organises the duties on the information a provider gives, on commercial communication, on professional rules and on contracts concluded by electronic means. The two working files divide that ground by subject.

Can a business use the reports in its own compliance file?

The reports are dated and belong to the business, which keeps them in its own file. They record the questions answered and the statutory text that sits beside each duty.
