This toolkit organises the duties of the Võlaõigusseadus into 72 working files of open questions, with the statutory text carried beside each duty.
Included from the Micro level.
Every toolkit in the level is included; nothing is bought one by one.
The businesses it reaches
The Võlaõigusseadus governs how obligations arise, how contracts are formed and performed, and what happens when performance fails. Its reach covers employers and employees, sellers and buyers in shops and online, landlords and tenants, service providers and their clients, lenders and borrowers, and businesses that handle waste or personal data. The instrument was in force from 1 September 2026 until 31 December 2026.
The working files walk through the phases of a contractual relationship as open questions a business answers from its own records. They begin with the creation and limits of obligations, move through contract terms, formation and precontractual information, then through consent, withdrawal, return and the burden of proof. Later files cover performance, quality, security, damages and notification, and the sale of goods with the seller's duties and costs.
The remaining files address factoring and confidentiality, form requirements and consumer protection in distance and off-premises contracts, including precontractual information and the trader's confirmation duties. Each working file carries the statutory text beside the duty it describes, and the sections are served through a connector inside Claude. The documents that come back are dated compliance reports the business keeps in its own file.

Questions and answers
Which businesses does this instrument concern?
The Võlaõigusseadus reaches employers, sellers in shops and online, service providers, landlords, lenders and businesses that handle waste or personal data. Any business that forms contracts or owes duties to consumers falls within its scope. The working files let a business check its own position against those duties.
How are the working files organised?
The 72 working files group the instrument's obligations into phases of open questions. A business answers each question from its own records, and the statutory text sits beside the duty concerned. The phases follow the life of a contract rather than the numbering of the law.
What does a business receive at the end?
The documents that come back are dated compliance reports. The business keeps them in its own file and can return to them as its circumstances change. Each report records the answers given and the duties they relate to.
How is the toolkit reached?
The sections are served through a connector inside Claude. The business works within that environment and nothing is downloaded or installed. Access runs through the same account the business already uses.
Which contract terms does the toolkit cover?
The files address standard terms, the limits placed on them and the way terms become part of a contract. They also cover the information a trader must give before a contract is concluded. A business can work through these questions against its own templates.
What is covered on withdrawal and return?
The files set out the consumer's right to withdraw, the consequences of withdrawal and who bears the cost of returning goods. They also cover the confirmation a trader must give after a withdrawal. A business answers the questions from its own order and returns records.
Does the toolkit address the sale of goods?
The files cover the sale contract, the seller's duty to inform the buyer, the costs each party bears and the buyer's remedies for defective goods. They also address the burden of proof when a defect appears. A seller can check its practices against those duties.
What is covered on performance and damages?
The files address the place, time and manner of performance, the quality owed and the consequences of delay or defective performance. They also cover security, damages and the duty to notify. A business answers from its own delivery and complaint records.
Does the toolkit cover factoring and confidentiality?
The files address the factoring contract, the assignment of claims and the duty to return documents and keep information confidential. They also cover the information given before such a contract is concluded. A business can work through these questions from its own agreements.
What does the toolkit provide when a question is unclear?
The toolkit never gives advice and never presents a perspective; it carries what the authority wrote, organised. Each open question is paired with the statutory text so the business can read the provision itself. The business decides what its own records show.
