Ova stranica na nacionalnom jeziku

This toolkit organises the obligations of the Croatian personal protective equipment regulation NN 5/2021 into two working files of open questions, with the statutory text carried beside each duty.

Included from the Micro level.

Every toolkit in the level is included; nothing is bought one by one.

The businesses it reaches

The regulation governs employers whose workers use personal protective equipment, including construction firms, manufacturing plants, warehouses, laboratories and maintenance services. It also reaches businesses that select, issue and maintain protective equipment for their staff. The toolkit serves these businesses by turning the regulation's duties into open questions they answer from their own records.

The first working file covers the risk assessment required under Article 9, paragraph 2, Prilog III. It walks through the questions a business answers about workplace hazards, the selection of equipment and the records that support those decisions. The statutory text is carried verbatim beside each duty.

The second working file covers the general obligation under Article 10, paragraph 1, and the duties under Article 14, paragraph 1. It walks through questions about issuing equipment, training workers and keeping dated compliance reports in the business's own file. Sections are served through a connector inside Claude, and the documents that come back are dated compliance reports the business keeps.
