This toolkit organises the duties of the Hungarian complaints and whistleblowing Act into six working files of open questions, with the statutory text carried verbatim beside each duty.
Included from the Micro level.
Every toolkit in the level is included; nothing is bought one by one.
The businesses it reaches
The instrument concerns employers with at least fifty workers, and it also reaches businesses that operate in specific regulated fields regardless of headcount, among them financial services providers, online sellers, waste producers and organisations that handle public funds. Any business that runs an internal reporting channel falls under its rules on protected reporting and on the handling of complaints. The six working files walk a business through the duties that follow from that position.
The files are grouped by subject. One covers the protection owed to a person who raises a concern, another the record taken of a report, a third the contact kept with the reporter, a fourth the erasure of personal data, a fifth the documentation a business must hold, and a sixth the information it must give. Each file turns the relevant duties into open questions a business answers from its own records, and the statutory text sits beside every duty so the wording can be read directly.
Sections are served through a connector inside Claude, so the working files open in the conversation and nothing is downloaded or installed. The documents that come back are dated compliance reports, which the business keeps in its own file. The toolkit never gives advice and never presents a perspective; it carries what the authority wrote, organised.

Questions and answers
Which businesses have to work with this Act at all?
The Act reaches employers with at least fifty workers and, whatever their headcount, businesses active in named regulated fields such as financial services, online selling and waste production. A business that runs an internal reporting channel is covered by the rules on protected reporting and complaint handling. The first working file opens with the protection owed to a person who raises a concern.
What does the protection file ask a business to establish?
It asks how the business shields a reporter from retaliation and how it handles a concern raised in good faith. The answers come from the business's own records, and the statutory text is set beside each duty. The file is one of six, each built around open questions.
How is a report recorded once it arrives?
One working file covers the written record of a report, and the questions it puts concern who took the report, when, and what was said. A business answers from its own records. The statutory wording for each duty is printed alongside the question.
What contact must be kept with the person who reported?
A separate file deals with the contact kept with the reporter, and asks how the business confirms receipt, answers questions and gives feedback. The open questions are answered from the business's own records. The relevant statutory text is carried beside each duty.
When does personal data from a report have to be erased?
The file on erasure sets out the deletion duties that follow a report and asks the business to state its retention periods and deletion steps. Answers are drawn from the business's own records. Each duty is shown with the statutory text beside it.
What documentation does a business have to keep?
One working file covers the records a business must hold about reports, investigations and the decisions taken. The open questions ask what is kept, where and for how long, answered from the business's own records. The statutory wording sits beside each duty.
What information has to be given to reporters and to others?
The file on information covers the notices a business gives about the channel, about the handling of a report and about the rights of the person concerned. The questions are answered from the business's own records. The statutory text is carried beside each duty.
How does a business reach the working files?
Sections are served through a connector inside Claude, so the files open in the conversation and nothing is downloaded or installed. The business works through the open questions at its own pace. The answers it gives come from its own records.
What comes back at the end of the work?
The documents that come back are dated compliance reports, which the business keeps in its own file. They record the answers given to the open questions, with the statutory text beside each duty. The toolkit never gives advice and never presents a perspective; it carries what the authority wrote, organised.
Does the toolkit tell a business what its answers should be?
The toolkit carries the law's words exactly as the authority wrote them and arranges the duties as open questions. The business supplies the answers from its own records. The dated compliance report records what the business put forward.
