A set of 16 working files that organise the duties of the Lithuanian administrative offences code into open questions a business answers from its own records, with the statutory text carried verbatim beside each duty.
Included from the Micro level.
Every toolkit in the level is included; nothing is bought one by one.
The businesses it reaches
This instrument reaches employers who calculate and pay social insurance contributions, importers and carriers who move goods across customs checkpoints, and businesses that produce waste, emit pollutants into the air or handle chemicals. It also reaches road transport operators, vehicle owners, road maintenance contractors and insurers. The toolkit's 16 working files organise these duties into sections of open questions that a business answers from its own records.
Each working file covers one group of duties: social insurance calculations, customs inspection procedures, the rules for transporting goods, air protection, chemical safety, road traffic safety, the obligations of vehicle owners, road upkeep, procedural duties, property protection, insurance and the payment of fines. The statutory text is carried verbatim beside each duty, so a business reads the authority's own words next to the question it is answering.
The sections are served through a connector inside Claude, and the documents that come back are dated compliance reports the business keeps in its own file. The toolkit never gives advice and never presents a perspective; it carries what the authority wrote, organised.
