14 August 2026. ComplianceSME completed the business compliance libraries of all twenty-eight nations, every European Union member state and the United Kingdom, on 7 August 2026. It made them free.

The libraries hold 24,600 national company law duties, every duty of every companies act, organised by the situation a business is in rather than by article number. Sections open free against a free account. The libraries sit beside the ComplianceSME register of 116 agent toolkits across the European Union and the United Kingdom, 10,313 obligations catalogued at article level, each carried with its article citation, the duty holder it binds, and the evidence that discharges it.

The free layer now covers the GDPR dashboard, open in full, the free EU AI Act checker, which tells a company plainly whether it is in scope of the Act, and the company law libraries of all twenty-eight nations. It is addressed to the 31.6 million SMEs across the twenty-eight nations.

The paid toolkits stand on that free ground, and each one teaches the regulation before any work begins. Every instrument ships with its own training file that takes the person at the desk from novice to competent operator. A business does not need to hunt for compliance staff in a market that has few to offer: the toolkits turn any appointed person, from any background, into the company's own compliance expert. In one demonstration, a single operator took a firm through every article of the EU AI Act, deferred provisions included. Two days of work produced a 345 page assessment, each risk flagged with the step that closes it.

Through the account levels, the toolkits a level carries form a business's complete compliance dashboard, kept fully up to date as the law moves. One account, one dashboard, one subscription: full compliance in one location. Each instrument is checked against its source regulation and its amending instruments, and against official guidance. When a change lands, an update file arrives in the account. The business stays in full control, the knowledge stays in house, and the owner's time and concern return to where they belong: the business.

Adam White, founder of ComplianceSME, said: "We built the company law libraries of the twenty-eight nations at our own expense, work no host country had organised for its own businesses, and we made them free. The profit funds the free work. Our interest and the regulators' interest point the same way: businesses compliant, and back to business."
