A four-file toolkit that organises the duties of the Arbeitsschutzgesetz into open questions a business answers from its own records, with the statutory text carried verbatim beside each duty.

Included from the Micro level.

Every toolkit in the level is included; nothing is bought one by one.

The businesses it reaches

The Arbeitsschutzgesetz concerns employers of every size and sector in Germany, from a small workshop to a large industrial site, together with the people they engage to carry out work under their direction. It governs how occupational safety and health are assessed, documented, supported in an emergency and made available to the supervisory authority. The toolkit is a set of working files that organises this one instrument's obligations into phases of open questions a business answers from its own records, with the statutory text carried verbatim beside each duty.

The first working file covers the assessment of working conditions and the measures that follow from it, including the duties of the employer under Section 3 paragraph 1 and the assessment required by Section 5 paragraph 2. The second working file addresses the documentation that must accompany that assessment and the records a business keeps on file. The third working file deals with first aid and emergency measures, and the fourth with the duty to provide information and to submit documents to the authority.

Sections are served through a connector inside Claude, so nothing is downloaded and nothing is installed. The documents that come back are dated compliance reports the business keeps in its own file. The toolkit never gives advice and never presents a perspective; it carries what the authority wrote, organised.

Questions and answers

Which businesses does the Arbeitsschutzgesetz apply to?

It applies to employers in Germany across every sector, including small workshops, offices, retail businesses and industrial sites, and to the people they engage to work under their direction. The duties begin with the assessment of working conditions and continue through documentation, first aid and emergency measures, and cooperation with the supervisory authority.

What does the toolkit contain?

It is a set of four working files, each covering a distinct group of duties under the Arbeitsschutzgesetz. The files are organised by subject: the assessment of working conditions and the measures that follow, the documentation, first aid and emergency measures, and the duty to provide information and submit documents.

How are the sections delivered?

The sections are served through a connector inside Claude. Nothing is downloaded and nothing is installed, and the business works through the open questions within that environment.

What do I receive at the end?

The documents that come back are dated compliance reports. The business keeps them in its own file, and they record the answers given from its own records.

Does the toolkit tell me what to do?

No. The toolkit never gives advice and never presents a perspective. It carries what the authority wrote, organised into open questions, and the business answers from its own records.

What does the first working file cover?

It covers the assessment of working conditions and the measures that follow from it. That includes the duties of the employer under § 3 Absatz 1 and the assessment required by § 5 Absatz 2, each accompanied by the statutory text.

What does the second working file cover?

It covers the documentation that must accompany the assessment of working conditions and the records a business keeps on file. The relevant duties include those under § 6 Absatz 1 and the provisions that follow through § 9 Absatz 3.

What does the third working file cover?

It covers first aid and emergency measures. The duties include those under § 10 Absatz 1 and the provisions that follow through § 13 Absatz 1, and the business answers the open questions from its own records.

What does the fourth working file cover?

It covers the duty to provide information and to submit documents to the supervisory authority. The relevant duties include those under § 22 Absatz 1 and the provisions that follow through § 24A Absatz 4.

Is the toolkit suitable for a small business with no safety department?

The toolkit is built for any business that falls within the Arbeitsschutzgesetz, and the open questions are answered from the business's own records. A small business works through the same phases as a larger one, and the dated compliance reports record what it has answered.
