A set of six working files that turns the duties of Real Decreto 901/2020 on equality plans and their registration into open questions a business answers from its own records.

Included from the Micro level.

Every toolkit in the level is included; nothing is bought one by one.

The businesses it reaches

This instrument concerns employers in Spain that must draw up, negotiate, register and adapt an equality plan, together with the bargaining units and joint bodies that take part in that process. It also reaches any business that has to document how its plan was agreed and what it contains. The toolkit organises those duties into six working files, each built around open questions the business answers from its own records.

The files walk through the adaptation of an existing plan, the preparation and scope of a plan, the setting up of the negotiating body, and the conduct of good-faith bargaining. Further files cover the documentation the process produces and the required content of the finished plan. The statutory text is carried verbatim beside each duty, and the sections are served through a connector inside Claude, with nothing downloaded and nothing installed.

Questions and answers

Which businesses have to comply with this royal decree?

It applies to employers in Spain that are required to have an equality plan, and to the bodies that negotiate one. The obligation turns on the size and circumstances of the business as the instrument sets them out. The working files are addressed to those employers and to the people who prepare their documentation.

What does the toolkit give a business that has to prepare an equality plan?

It gives six working files that organise the decree's duties into phases of open questions. The business answers each question from its own records, and the statutory text sits beside the duty it belongs to. The result is a structured record of how the plan was prepared and agreed.

How are the files delivered?

The sections are served through a connector inside Claude. Nothing is downloaded and nothing is installed. The business works through the open questions in that environment.

What happens to the answers once a business has worked through the questions?

The documents that come back are dated compliance reports. The business keeps them in its own file. They record the answers given and the duties they relate to.

Does the toolkit tell a business what its equality plan should say?

No. The toolkit never gives advice and never presents a perspective. It carries what the authority wrote, organised, and leaves the business to answer from its own records. The content of the plan remains the business's own responsibility under the decree.

Which parts of the decree do the working files cover?

One file deals with adapting an existing plan under the transitional provision. Others cover the preparation and scope of a plan, the setting up of the negotiating body, and good-faith bargaining. The remaining files address the documentation the process produces and the required content of the plan.

Is the toolkit available in Spanish?

The native fields are written in Spanish, and the statutory citations follow Spanish legal convention. The brand terms toolkit, connector and Claude stay in English. The English fields use plain English throughout.

How does a business know which question applies to its situation?

Each working file is built around a subject, so a business can go to the file that matches the stage it is at. The open questions inside that file are answered from the business's own records. The statutory text beside each duty shows the provision the question relates to.

Does the toolkit register the plan with the authority?

No. The toolkit organises the obligations and produces dated compliance reports the business keeps in its own file. Registration with the authority remains an act of the business. The toolkit carries what the authority wrote about registration and does not perform it.

What does a business need before starting with the toolkit?

It needs access to Claude and its own records on the plan, the negotiating body and the bargaining process. The open questions are answered from those records. Nothing else is required to begin.
